Cancellation Policy

A limited number of drop-in spots are available for each Nature Circle class. The exact number of spots depends on registration for the full fall series and other factors, and may be different week to week. Drop-in registration is available on a first come, first served basis. Please register in advance. I can occasionally honor walk-up drop-ins, and I will always try, but cannot guarantee it for any given class. Children's Nature Circle takes place in a public, shared space in Golden Gate Park. Though we seldom have issues, we may occasionally have to make small adjustments to our flow or even location because of this. Classes are rain or shine, but cancelled in the event of hazardous weather conditions, such as extreme heat or cold, strong winds, thunderstorms, etc. In the event that a class is cancelled due to weather, illness, etc., I will offer a make-up class. Please dress yourself and your child(ren) appropriately for the weather, including sun protection, warm layers, rainproof clothing, and waterproof shoes as indicated by the season and weather. Please bring water and snacks as needed for your comfort. Drinking water is available on-site, as are bathrooms. I am not responsible for discomfort or injury due to inappropriate clothing or inadequate provisions for the weather.
