Join us for a 12 week series at this fall, from September 4th - November 20th!

Meet weekly on Friday mornings from 10:00AM-12PM. We gather in the meadow to the west of Blue Boat Playground for activities and a song circle, then take an exploration hike that loops to return us to the meadow and playground.

This fall we will use sensory activities, art, song and story to explore Tide Pools and the Beach, the California Chaparral landscape, and Nocturnal Animals!

Look forward to special events, including live wild bird visitors, a Halloween song and pumpkin carving party, and a Gratitude Celebration and snack potluck.

There will be fun, messy activities with lots of types of materials for sensory exploration, and songs both sweet and silly. There will be some stories, some puppet friends, many exciting discoveries in the wild, and lots of chances to talk and play with one another.

• Fitzgerald Beach Tide Pooling in Moss Beach, Saturday 9/26, 3-5pm

• Full Moon Rise Hike at Blue Heron Lake in Golden Gate Park, SF Saturday 10/24, 4-5:30pm

• Monarch Butterfly Overwintering Site at Natural Bridges State Park in Santa Cruz CA, 12-2pm 11/21
